Our staff is dedicated to helping children heal from abuse and violence in Randolph & Tucker Counties.

Margot Evick

Executive Director

Margot joined the Randolph-Tucker CAC with experience working with the children and families of WV since 2001. Previously the Advocacy & Prevention Coordinator she has stepped into role of Executive Director and is excited to lead the team. A proud graduate of Elkins High School and Davis & Elkins College, Margot has chosen to grow her roots and raise her family here in West Virginia.

Elizabeth King

Forensic Interview Mentor

Elizabeth, previously our CAC Coordinator and Lead Forensic Interviewer is currently working on her M.ED in Child Studies at Vanderbilt University. While studying she continue to provide mentoring to our Forensic Interviewers though the use of web sessions. She loves listening to young people as they tell their stories. Elizabeth graduated from Elkins High School, and then attended Middlebury College. She has volunteered and worked at schools, children’s programs, and with social justice and advocacy initiatives in West Virginia, Vermont, and Illinois. Elizabeth takes advantage of every opportunity to develop her skills in serving kids, families, the CAC program, and the MDIT.

Tiffany Higham

CAC Coordinator & Forensic Interviewer

Tiffany began at RTCAC as our Tucker County Family Advocate and is now trained to be a Forensic Interviewer and CAC Coordinator. She is a recent transplant to West Virginia and has enjoyed building a life and raising her son in Elkins. Tiffany has a back ground in Montessori education and has also worked with adolescents. She is finishing her education through Liberty University, where she has taken Paralegal Studies and now Psychology courses.

Jessica Massimino

Advocacy and Prevention Coordinator

Jessie is the Advocacy and Prevention Coordinator at the Randolph-Tucker Children’s Advocacy Center. She has a variety of experience working with children and families since 2010. This includes previously working in mental health and for a domestic violence and sexual assault program. Jessie is passionate about empowering survivors and their families while standing with them. She is very excited to work closely with elementary school aged kids again while raising awareness and preventing sexual assault amongst the youth in our community.

Susannah Crawford

Forensic Interviewer and Tucker County Family Advocate

Susannah began her work at RTCAC in April 2018 at the Tucker County Family Advocate and is also our part time Forensic Interviewer. She comes to us from TN and GA with a background working with children in the classroom and as a dance instructor. Her love for children and their well being shines through in all she does.
