Executive Director
Margot joined the Randolph-Tucker CAC in September 2015 with experience working with the children and families of WV since 2001. After a year as the Advocacy & Prevention Coordinator she stepped into the role of Executive Director and has found her calling leading the program. A proud graduate of Elkins High School and Davis & Elkins College, Margot has chosen to grow her roots and raise her family here in West Virginia.

Lydia discovered her passion for listening to children and advocating for survivors of child abuse and sexual trauma when she joined the Child Advocacy Center movement in 2009. Since then, she has worked as a Forensic Interviewer, Multi-Disciplinary Investigative Team Facilitator, Executive Director, Clinical Supervisor, and Peer Review Facilitator. She loves research, teaching, and mentoring other professionals. Before she came to the CAC movement, Lydia worked with teen parents, immigrant populations, and survivors of domestic violence at programs in three states. She currently serves as Randolph-Tucker CAC’s Forensic Services Supervisor.

Zandra is born and raised in Elkins, WV and a graduate of Davis & Elkins College. Through her Internship she fell in love with the CAC model and supporting families through trauma comes natural to her so it was a no brainer to join our team as Advocacy & Prevention Coordinator in June 2019!

Deidre joined the RTCAC in February 2022 with previous experience in mental health admissions and crisis case management, daycare, and child development. She is passionate about working with West Virginia children and their families to provide support and access to community resources. She has lived in West Virginia all her life and enjoys spending time with her daughter in her spare time. She is excited to expand her experience with the RTCAC and collaborate with the community to meet the needs of local children.

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to helping victims of abuse find hope and healing through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach for the investigation and prosecution of child abuse and neglect, and to provide early intervention and prompt treatment for children who have been victimized, thereby promoting the best interests of children and protection for the community at large.
